Who we are
Riedman Workflow Design is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Riedman Communications Inc., a privately-held New York corporation founded in 1991.
Company headquarters are in Canandaigua nestled in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York, approximately 20 miles southeast of Rochester, NY.
Rich Riedman
Our Founder
Rich Riedman is commonly referred to as “the warehouse guy”. He brings his passion around creatively putting together the right solution combining the latest technology with his vast knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
With over 30 years experience in providing technology solutions for companies and government agencies in the manufacturing, warehousing/distribution, and service industries, Rich works with clients to understand their business needs and find technology solutions that will drive greater productivity.
Rich creates lasting relationships based on integrity, respect and open communications.
Rich has a B.S. from Le Moyne College in Syracuse and a MBA in Logistics and Finance from Penn State University.
He worked for both IBM and AT&T for over 20 years in a variety of technical sales management positions serving the manufacturing, distribution and warehouse industry. He has led sales teams meeting the needs of his customers by creating, implementing and supporting the latest technology to streamline inventory processes while improving productivity. In 2003, Rich became a full time entrepreneur under Riedman Communications.
Rich serves as the primary customer contact and is the Vice President and CFO of Riedman Communications. He lives with his wife, Laurie and three daughters in Canandaigua New York. He devotes much of his free time to supporting a number of community organizations. When he is not busy raising his three daughters or restoring his home, Rich enjoyes playing and watching soccer, running and caring for his small aviary as a part-time bee keeper.
